Great premises and delicious food! Recommendable!

A nice start to a Friday evening. Even the entrance is impressive, like walking into one of those money temples on Wall Street. Open the gate, up the stairs and you stand in a spacious guest room without any further barriers. Skillfully economical and yet comfortably furnished, a high ceiling that lets you breathe, especially in these times, good music, not too loud, very friendly service that also worked smoothly, progressive Corona check-in via a QR code and that Reservation previously worked well through the website. A decent selection of beers is offered, especially from the barrel. In addition, the menu is based on the southern German cuisine and, in the case of my wife's Wiener Schnitzel, could even measure it. The Käs`spätzle alone were a bit disappointing here. I am of southern German provenance and know this dish. I hadn't expected homemade spaetzle, but neither did I expect a cheese cream sauce that they swam in. The fried onions were good for that. But that doesn't give a star deduction and we'll be back, no question ...

Great place, you can tell that a lot of work has gone into it. The staff is quick and friendly. Unfortunately the food wasn't very hot, but it was fixed immediately and the price performance is not always right. I would still like to come back again.

It's amazing what has become of the store (formerly Rodizio). We like the modern ambience much better now. We are thrilled and would like to come back. The food and portions on the opening days were good and the selection of drinks is peppered with delicious regional varieties (Limoment, Detmolder, Floodlight, etc.). Keep it up!

We really enjoyed our first visit to the Stadtgasthaus. The food was delicious and the prices are super fair. The service is nice and friendly and tried very hard. It still seems to have to groove itself in the kitchen. We had to wait quite a long time for our food, while guests clearly followed and had their food. But that can happen at the beginning, we will definitely try again. There is a wide variety of local beers, both on tap and by the bottle. The limos are local too. Unfortunately, a classic coke is missing, which I personally think is a shame, but that's a matter of taste. The food is diverse and also includes some vegan and vegetarian options. We had more classic home cooking, which was very tasty and more than filled us. In the guest room it was actually a bit cold for our taste, but with a few more guests that will change soon :)

The food is really very, very tasty, but the portions were way too small in my opinion. I wasn't really full that despite the starter and even my girlfriend wasn't full: D. The location is actually pretty good, the toilets are super clean and look really great (a good sign when the toilets in restaurants are clean). However, we found it a bit cold there. What I personally find a bit stupid is that there is a kind of "drinking corner" in one corner. This is a sitting area with a tap in the middle. In the evening there was a younger group drinking and it got a bit louder from that direction. In itself a cool idea with this corner, but then maybe it should be outsourced to a separate area. The staff was very friendly.

The food is very good. A good selection of beers. Service is good too. What bothers something is the cool atmosphere and the volume in the room. You don't always understand what your counterpart is saying. Like in a train station hall. What I find negative is that I couldn't tip when paying by card. Luckily we still had some change with us.

Something new in Bielefeld! Nice shop with a cozy, simple design. The food is great, the prices very fair. The service is attentive and not intrusive. We are happy and will definitely come back more often!

Very nice guest house! There is a great selection of dishes that we all tasted good, regardless of whether with meat, vegetarian or vegan. There is also a great drinks menu with lots of good, regional beers. Bielefeld definitely has a new favorite restaurant!

Super cozy, excellent cuisine and great selection of local beers! The Hohenfelder Pils is particularly recommended. Real East Westphalian specialty from home. Bottom up!
